Intuit and Mailchimp rely on the EU-US DPF to transfer data and will rely on the UK extension of the EU-US DPF and the Swiss-US DPF once approved by the relevant authorities.
  4. Within the scope of the above-described processing it is necessary to know and store all indispensable data (mandatory fields *) and in particular your e-mail address. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the inability to receive our newsletter.
  5. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
  6. The personal data you provide may be disclosed to other companies solely for the management of our newsletter service. If you would like to know the list of companies to which your data may be disclosed for the management of this request, please contact us at privacy@acmospa.com.
