Period of data retention

The personal data that the visitor decides to communicate to AC.MO S.R.L. will be processed and retained for the following periods of time:

  • activities related to the submission of a job application: until the request is fulfilled and in any case no longer than 12 months;
  • activities related to the subscription to our newsletter: no longer than 24 months;
  • activities related to the creation and management of the personal account: the data will be retained until the account is deleted by the web user, which can be done directly through the personal profile management options. In any case, the account and the data in it will be deleted if the account has not been moved for more than 2 years;
  • site viewing and browsing: data will be kept for a maximum time of 24 months;
  • activities related to the ascertainment and/or exercise and/or defense of rights: data will be kept for the time necessary for the conclusion of the dispute and in any case for the time necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations;
  • other activities in execution of legal obligation/authority orders: data will be kept for the time necessary for the conclusion of the investigative activity and in any case for the time necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations;
  • maintenance of computer systems and devices: any data collected will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of maintenance activities of computer systems and devices.

Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations

The personal data provided by the visitor to this site will be stored in our corporate servers and in our paper archives and in any case on the European territory for outsourced processing or data center relocation services. For the newsletter service, data will be stored at international service providers (Mailchimp owned by Intuit Inc.). These providers ensure adequate personal data protection measures in accordance with applicable regulations. Specifically, Intuit Inc. and The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) (UK), and Switzerland to the United States. Intuit and Mailchimp rely on the EU-US DPF to transfer data and will rely on the UK extension of the EU-US DPF and the Swiss-US DPF once approved by the relevant authorities.

Disclosure to third parties
