The “H2O – Accadueo” fair, which took place on November 27th and 28th, 2024, in Bari at Nuova Fiera del Levante, recently concluded with great success. The event, an international reference point for the water sector, represented a unique opportunity to present innovative solutions aimed at addressing global challenges in water management.

During the event, ACMO – AVK Italia had the chance to showcase its products and engage in discussions with numerous experts and professionals in the sector about the main challenges the water industry is facing today:

• The role of digital transition in managing water systems was a key topic, with the emergence of smart solutions to optimize water management and distribution. Digitalization, through the use of sensors, monitoring platforms, and data analysis, allows real-time monitoring of water flow and quality, preventing losses and improving the overall efficiency of networks;
• Solutions to combat water loss, improve infrastructure, and adopt intelligent monitoring systems can significantly reduce water losses, with positive impacts both economically and ecologically;
• New technologies for the reuse of wastewater, which represent a concrete response to the growing scarcity of water resources. These technologies allow for the treatment and reuse of water in various contexts, contributing not only to environmental sustainability but also to the reduction of operational costs.
